Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business at the 7–10 frontier AI labs that matter—you know which ones they are
Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed contract—we're a small team and you'll have direct CEO support, not layers of process
Develop and execute an account penetration strategy for each target lab, identifying the right teams (post-training, safety, evals) and decision makers
Translate our capabilities into proposals that match each lab's specific needs—whether that's expert data, benchmarks, red teaming, or domain-specific evaluation
Build pipeline visibility so we can plan expert recruiting and capacity around incoming demand
Collaborate with our operations and expert network teams to scope and deliver pilot engagements that convert to long-term contracts
Qualification
Required
Direct experience selling to or working within frontier AI labs—you know the people, the process, and the politics
An existing network of relationships at two or more frontier AI labs
Track record of closing six- and seven-figure B2B deals in AI services, data, or a closely related space
Deep understanding of post-training workflows: annotation, evaluation, red teaming, benchmarking—you can speak the language fluently
Comfort operating in a small, fast-moving company where you'll be the first dedicated sales hire
Self-direction and urgency—this is a 6-month trial and the scoreboard is clear
