Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for benefit-related support
Maintain strong client relationships, helping clients make informed decisions about benefit offerings and introducing new products when appropriate
Provide education and support to help clients and their employees understand benefit options and processes
Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and ensure timely service delivery
Stay organized and accountable, managing tasks independently while keeping communication open with your team and clients
Contribute to continuous improvement, sharing ideas and feedback that help streamline processes and elevate the client experience

Required

Valid Ohio Health & Life Insurance license; or the ability to obtain one
