Responsibilities
Support sourcing and procurement activities for assigned business areas
Run simple sourcing events (RFQs/RFPs) and help evaluate supplier bids
Compare pricing, terms, and services to recommend suppliers
Assist with basic contract preparation using standard terms
Communicate with internal teams (business units, legal, sourcing) and external suppliers
Support negotiations for lower-complexity purchases
Track supplier performance and help manage ongoing relationships
Analyze spend, market data, and supplier information to support cost-saving efforts
Help manage external spend and support forecasting and planning
Participate in sourcing projects and team initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ year of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with data and making recommendations
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
