Lead frontline execution and uphold operational standards to ensure consistent store performance and compliance
Manage and resolve field escalations using strategic problem-solving and effective communication skills
Drive execution of operational standards and monitor financial controls to support business objectives
Partner strategically with field leadership and enterprise teams to enhance customer experience and financial outcomes
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Qualification
Required
