Entry Level Business Development Representative
Infinova Management is looking for driven, competitive, and motivated individuals to join their team as Entry-Level Business Development Representatives. This full-time, onsite role involves representing nationally recognized clients through face-to-face sales and business development initiatives while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Represent nationally recognized clients through face-to-face sales and business development initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Learn consultative sales techniques and communication skills
Track performance and contribute to team goals
Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and professional development
No door to door sales no cold calling
High performers can advance into Sales Management roles with responsibilities that include: Team leadership and training, Business operations, Human Resources and recruiting, Payroll and performance management
Qualification
Required
A strong desire to work in sales and business development
Reliable transportation, such as a personal vehicle
Coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work onsite, Thursday through Monday, mid-shift schedule
Preferred
Prior sales experience is helpful but not required
