Communicate audit findings, control weaknesses, and recommendations through executive reports tailored to stakeholders
Drive audit process efficiencies by identifying automation opportunities and standardizing methodologies
Perform high-risk audits involving irregularities and collaborate with legal, ethics, and compliance teams on investigations
Mentor and develop associates through coaching, feedback, and recognition to build a high-performing team
