Responsibilities

High-Volume Invoice Management: Utilize AI-powered OCR technology to extract data and manage invoice workflows efficiently
Data Verification: Review and correct OCR data captures, training the system to improve future accuracy
Full-Cycle Processing: Handle multi-way matching (Invoice, PO, and Receipts) to ensure payment accuracy
Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with Procurement, Field Offices, and Vendors to resolve discrepancies
Account Reconciliation: Review vendor statements and reconcile accounts to ensure no missing invoices or overpayments
Fraud Mitigation: Analyze transaction data for anomalies and report suspicious activity to management
Team Collaboration: Provide backup support to team members and ensure adherence to departmental policies

Required

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required for conversion eligibility)
Work Experience: At least 5+ years of Accounts Payable invoice processing experience
Software Proficiency: Experience with Oracle (R12 preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite
Tech Savvy: Direct experience with or a strong understanding of AP Automation tools (OCR/AI) is highly desirable
Eligibility: Must be eligible to work permanently in the US without sponsorship
Excel Mastery: Ability to create spreadsheets, perform calculations, and manipulate data
Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify when to escalate issues
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for vendor relations and internal reporting
Work Ethic: A positive, accountable attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
