Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain organized records (digital and physical)
Serve as the main point of contact for administrative matters
Handle incoming calls, emails, mail, and general correspondence
Maintain employee files and confidential documents
Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and track expenses
Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping, and tip reporting
Reconcile receipts, petty cash, and vendor statements
Support bookkeeping and coordinate with external accountants or payroll providers
Prepare basic financial reports for ownership/management
Assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires
Track certifications, licenses, and training documentation
Help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Support scheduling documentation and employee communication as needed
Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
Track contracts, insurance certificates, and renewals
Assist with ordering office and operational supplies
Monitor invoices and pricing accuracy
Help ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain business licenses, permits, and insurance documentation
Support health, safety, and operational audits as needed

Required

Excellent communication skills
