Responsibilities
Operate multi-line (Teams) phone system. Warmly direct calls to appropriate office locations and administrative departments
Greet and direct visitors and guests at the company’s administrative offices
Provide callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information
Maintain and update all changes to the corporate phone directory and phone system on the intranet
Maintain and update the official company calendar on the intranet
Provide back-up support for mailroom
Provide assistance in UPS shipments
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required OR equivalent combination of education and experience which will provide the ability to perform the essential functions of the position
Preferred
Two or more years work experience in an office or corporate reception work environment is preferred
