Responsibilities
Support multiple active projects as a Project Accountant, managing project setup, billing schedules, and monthly owner billings
Coordinate subcontractor billings, compliance, and change orders while maintaining accurate job cost records
Partner with Project Managers to manage draws, billing packages, and project financial tracking as a Senior Project Accountant
Support month-end close activities and ensure timely, accurate project-level reporting as a Senior Project Accountant
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required (or equivalent experience)
4–8 years of experience in construction or Senior Project Accountant roles, ideally with a GC or high-volume subcontractor
Strong understanding of construction billing, job cost accounting, and project closeout processes
Detail-oriented Senior Project Accountant with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
