Manage backlog, prioritization, and delivery with engineering teams
Translate business goals into clear technical requirements
Communicate effectively with globally distributed teams
Collaborate closely with the Head of Product & Engineering
Engage directly with end customers for feedback and validation
Balance speed, stability, and scale in a mass-market SaaS environment

Required

Product ownership experience on e-commerce SaaS marketplaces, such as: Shopify App Marketplace, Wix App Marketplace, WooCommerce, Magento
Experience managing multiple products simultaneously
Strong understanding of marketplace constraints and tooling
Experience working with distributed engineering teams
Fluent, professional English (spoken & written)
Technical fluency (must speak the language, not code): Frontend / Backend Concepts - JavaScript, React, Node
Databases & Analytics - Postgres, Metabase, Basic SQL (nice to have)
Modern Tooling - AI tools (Cursor, Cloud Code, etc.), Product analytics and experimentation concepts
Confident leading engineers without formal authority
Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback
Proactive, opinionated, and decisive
Mature communicator in a multicultural environment
Not overly hierarchical or overly polite
Comfortable challenging ideas when necessary
