Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team responsible for conducting due diligence, analysis, and recommendations related to employee conflicts of interest
Direct and oversee team workflow, including assignment, monitoring, and quality review of work
Partner closely with business leadership, Compliance, Legal, and Human Resources to support effective management of outside business activities and contributions
Oversee the team’s role in charitable contribution reviews and political contribution testing
Manage ad hoc and periodic testing related to political contributions for covered employees
Coach, mentor, and develop team members
Manage internal audits and regulatory examinations
Qualification
Required
Experience in compliance, particularly in managing outside business activities and conflicts of interest
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
Ability to partner closely with Compliance, Legal, HR, and senior business stakeholders
Experience with regulatory exams and internal audits
Strong analytical skills for conducting due diligence and making recommendations
Experience in overseeing charitable contribution reviews and political contribution testing
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
Preferred
Experience in the financial services industry
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to outside business activities
