Responsibilities
Lead global accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and shared services functions (AP, AR, payroll, cash operations)
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting in accordance with GAAP
Drive process improvement, automation, and finance systems optimization, including ERP platforms
Provide financial analysis, variance analysis, and performance insights to senior leadership
Support M&A activity, including accounting diligence and post-acquisition integration
Oversee liquidity and cash forecasting; support lender reporting and compliance
Develop and lead high-performing teams across geographies
Qualification
Required
Senior accounting leader with experience in complex, multi-entity or global environments
Hands-on background improving close, reporting, and finance systems through automation
Experience partnering with executive leadership and presenting financials at a senior level
Proven ability to lead change and operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA required
10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
Strong systems, process, and leadership capabilities
Preferred
Prior public accounting experience preferred
