Responsibilities
Source and originate high-value collateralized loan opportunities ($750K+)
Leverage an existing network of borrowers, brokers, and finance partners to deliver immediate deal flow
Build and lead a business development team
Create and implement BD policies, procedures, and performance metrics
Maintain strong relationships with referral partners and executive-level prospects
Work cross-functionally with underwriting and leadership to close deals efficiently
Qualification
Required
Established network + active pipeline of companies seeking collateralized loans
5+ years in private credit, commercial lending, or asset-based lending
Track record of originating and closing large transactions
Team-building and leadership experience
Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and able to hit the ground running
