Creative Strategist, Growth Marketing
Mammoth Brands is a modern CPG company focused on creating innovative consumer products. They are seeking a Creative Strategist for Growth Marketing who will leverage data and insights to develop effective messaging and creative strategies for various digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Own creative reporting and learning recaps for your products/verticals; connect hooks, structure, tone, offer, and claims to outcomes and next steps
Build messaging architecture by persona and funnel (value props, RTBs, objections, social proof, offer framing) and align to media priorities
Translate CI/CX + performance trends into test plans targeting message levers (hooks, angles, claims, CTAs, pacing, structure)
Write high‑converting ad copy (hooks, VO scripts, captions, headlines, CTAs) and provide a strong POV on landing‑page copy and experiments
Author performance‑informed briefs (hypothesis, success metric, references); brief throughput and quality are core KPIs
Partner with creators via platforms; give clear, respectful direction and feedback; minimal outreach/negotiation
Read Looker and Ads Managers, understand MMM and the omnichannel lens; turn insights into hypotheses that improve CPA and scale winners
Maintain playbooks/templates (hooks/angles/CTAs by persona/funnel) to raise speed, quality, and consistency
Ensure claims compliance with approved language; collaborate with Brand/Legal as needed
Qualification
Required
Creative strategy expertise
Audience segmentation skills
Data synthesis capabilities
Direct-response copywriting experience
Ability to turn Customer Insights and CX inputs into persona-based messaging
Experience in building messaging frameworks (hooks, angles, claims, CTAs)
Strong POV on landing-page copy
Collaboration skills with Creative Director
Ownership of creative reporting and learning recaps
Ability to turn patterns into clear next tests and sharp creative briefs
Hands-on maker skills preferred
Prototyping skills (quick cuts, annotated boards, light edits in CapCut/Premiere and Figma/Photoshop/Canva)
Understanding of Looker and Ads Managers
Ability to read and interpret MMM and omnichannel insights
Claims compliance knowledge
Collaboration with Brand/Legal as needed
Ability to find patterns in creative analytics reports
Application of consumer psychology and persuasion heuristics
Fluency in copy systems and messaging frameworks (AIDA, PASDA)
Platform and trend fluency for Meta, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts, CTV
Performance fluency with CPA metrics
Briefing and direction skills for creative briefs
Operational excellence and AI tool usage
Preferred
Basic CapCut/Premiere + Figma/Photoshop/Canva skills for prototyping and annotating
