Director of Solution Enablement
Docupace is on a mission to transform wealth management—and they’re looking for a Director of Solution Enablement to help lead that charge. This strategic, client-facing leadership role is responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, delivering consultative value to clients, and ensuring solution enablement is aligned with Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Implement new clients and client changes on schedule, with a very high level of client satisfaction
Serve as a strategic leader, ensuring the Solution Enablement team’s alignment with product roadmap, integration architecture, and client expectations
Lead the Solutions Enablement function as a client-facing discipline, enabling Specialists and Consultants to consult directly with clients on process improvement, product capabilities, and platform integrations
Foster a learning culture that embraces modern methodologies and focuses on providing a best-in-class client experience
Lead the creation of end-to-end process maps, integration frameworks, and documentation that support enterprise client implementations
Collaborate with executive leadership to inform and refine business strategy through market and operational insights
Implement standards for requirements gathering, validation, documentation, and solution handoff that drive quality and consistency. Leverage technology solutions to create a CX that equally creates operational efficiencies
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and serve as a point of escalation for project challenges
Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks in coordination with PMs, Product Owners, and Engineering leads
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, focused on growth, accountability, and client impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of solution enablement experience, preferably in a SaaS or platform-driven environment
5+ years in a management or team leadership role
Proven experience leading client-facing business enablement efforts on integrated, cross-platform solutions
Demonstrated ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and external clients to implement productized solutions and convey technical client insights to help evolve standard product
Exceptional written and verbal communication, including client presentation skills. Strong facilitation skills across internal and external stakeholder groups
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate abstract business needs into concrete, prioritized requirements
Agile methodology fluency and experience working within product-centric delivery models
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Preferred
Experience using Monday.com, Jira, and Salesforce
