Freethink is a company focused on helping leading organizations develop great leaders. They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to foster client relationships and initiate sales conversations with senior leaders at influential companies.

Responsibilities
Open doors at iconic companies – Run creative, thoughtful outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and phone) to book sales meetings with senior executives
Learn how consultative selling works – Research companies, identify the right stakeholders, and build tailored outbound strategies – not spammy email blasts
Work closely with experienced sales leaders – Collaborate with a sales director and leadership to get coaching and see how deals move through a sales pipeline
