Responsibilities
Supervise and support a large team of Equipment Technicians
Assign daily work based on equipment status, priorities, and production needs
Track machine downtime and develop plans to restore uptime efficiently
Coordinate preventive maintenance activities generated through CMMS
Ensure technicians have the tools, resources, and support needed to succeed
Track payroll, scheduling, and vacation time
Act as first-line escalation for automation issues; partner with Controls and Mechanical Engineers on advanced problems
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in automation, equipment maintenance, or a technical manufacturing environment
Strong mechanical and / electrical aptitude
Experience leading in a production environment
Preferred
PLC Controls Knowledge is a plus
