Responsibilities
Own delivery of technical solutions across multiple business units
Facilitate process design sessions and analyze business processes to document current and future states
Translate business requirements into solutions that meet quality and security standards
Architect and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable BPM implementations
Drive excellence in software development practices and procedures
Provide a strong voice in analysis and design meetings
Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
Establish trusted relationships with business partners and engineering peers
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Java, Groovy, JavaScript, REST APIs, and HTML
Hands-on Camunda BPM or other BPM development experience
Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and best practices
Knowledge of data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding tools
Experience with AWS or other cloud service providers
Background in business process improvement or re-engineering
Experience liaising with business and technical teams
Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Experience in financial services in an operations or technology role
AWS skills or certification
