Responsibilities
Lead digital product initiatives from discovery through delivery
Partner closely with UX, design, engineering, and client stakeholders
Define product requirements, user flows, and functional documentation
Facilitate workshops, standups, and planning sessions
Balance user experience goals with business, technical, and regulatory constraints
Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams
Support client alignment through clear communication and regular touchpoints
Travel periodically to the client site in Hartford, CT for key meetings and workshops
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role
Strong background working on digital products, platforms, or user experience initiatives
Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries is highly preferred
Comfortable working in a consultancy or agency environment
Strong communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Experience working with UX/design teams and modern product development practices
Organized, pragmatic, and delivery-focused
Preferred
Experience with enterprise digital transformation projects
Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models
