Responsibilities

Partner with global stakeholders to build, maintain, and enhance compliance policy and procedure best practices
Draft and update compliance policies, procedures, and related communications
Manage compliance communications and ensure training materials align with approved policies
Serve as a primary contact for policy systems of record, coordinating administration and maintenance
Support regulatory-driven policy initiatives and formatting enhancements
Oversee policy portals to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely updates
Track policy review schedules and respond to status inquiries
Support special projects as needed

Required

Experience in compliance, regulatory initiatives, or related field
Strong understanding of compliance policies and procedures
Ability to collaborate with global stakeholders

Ability to oversee policy portals and ensure accuracy
Strong organizational skills to track policy review schedules
Ability to support special projects as needed
