Responsibilities
Work may include, but is not limited to supporting the Help Desk, rollout of version updates, on/off-boarding of employees, computer imaging/configuration/deployments, and coordinating projects with other IT departments within the firm
Provide technical support and problem-solving abilities on a variety of technical and non-technical issues
Strive to attain goals established by direct supervisors while meeting deadlines
Positive attitude toward self, other professionals, clients, and Myers and Stauffer
Respond to inquiries and requests timely and efficiently
Professional in appearance and manner
Additional responsibilities as assigned
This position could have the potential to become a direct hire in a full-time position after graduation
Qualification
Required
Intern must be working towards a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
Preferred
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Must be able to work independently on projects and within a remote team environment
Ability to execute assigned projects within established deadlines
Proficient use of applicable software programs, including Microsoft Office suite
Self-motivated and eager to contribute
