Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate calendar
Coordinate travel details
Track and submit expense reports
Participate as front desk receptionist, answering daily calls/inquiries made to the office
Design quarterly fact sheets of opportunities to send out to clients to promote sales growth
Manage and order office supplies, assuring office is fully stocked
Attend weekly internal and cross-platform sales meetings
Qualification
Required
Administrative skills, minimum 5 years of experience required; preferable to have 1-2 years working in a marketing/sales environment within the 5+ years of experience
MS Office suite
Computer literate
Capable of managing phone traffic, email triage
Advanced communication skills are required, may interface with staff at all levels. Strong written/verbal communication
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Attention to detail is required
Team player and strategic thinker working in a team-based environment
