New Grad, Entry LevelBrooksource is seeking an entry-level to early-career Technical Analyst to support several enterprise-wide applications and SaaS platforms. The role involves assisting with application configuration, data loading, and workflow orchestration while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities
Assist in configuring, setting up, and updating enterprise and SaaS applications
Support document and application design for multi-channel delivery
Help set up user access and assist in user training
Provide recommendations for improvements in application processes and standards
Navigate various data sources to support planning, decision-making, and business operations
Assist with loading data into established tables, fields, and internal databases
Build reports that support business management and staff decisions
Help create user journeys and workflow orchestration processes
Research and propose approaches to data governance standards, structures, and storage mechanisms
Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks
Work with cross-functional IT teams to support system integration and interoperability
Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to support enterprise-wide applications
Qualification
Required
Understanding of system configuration and general SDLC concepts
Exposure to workflow automation or business process flows
Basic data analysis skills
Familiarity with SQL
Exposure to JavaScript or Visual Studio
General understanding of cloud technologies
Experience with reporting tools
Awareness of systems security and access control
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to problem-solve and determine logical solutions
Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn unfamiliar tools and techniques
Preferred
Familiarity or coursework in data modeling, data warehousing, or ETL processes
Exposure to Java, .NET, or Python
Any hands-on experience with CMS, SaaS platforms, or eCommerce systems
