Responsibilities
Conduct penetration testing across APIs, web applications, networks, cloud services, and supporting infrastructure
Evaluate development practices and contribute to improving internal security standards and processes
Support triage, testing, and validation of vulnerability disclosures and newly discovered security issues
Collaborate with development teams to strengthen secure coding practices and integrate security into the SDLC
Present findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Work closely with stakeholders to drive timely remediation and influence prioritization of security initiatives
Build and maintain strong partnerships with security, engineering, and technology teams across the organization
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT
3+ years of hands‑on penetration testing experience
1+ year of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in security testing (pen testing, red teaming, cloud/app/network security)
Strong understanding of threat modeling frameworks (CVSS, MITRE ATT&CK, DREAD, STRIDE)
Experience with IoT, mobile application testing, or secure code review
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, Golang, or C#
