Responsibilities
Assist in the seamless software upgrade process as we transition to Windows 11
Delivering comprehensive help desk support through our ticketing system, addressing user queries and technical issues promptly and effectively to maintain optimal operational efficiency
Provide crucial support in setting up new laptops, configuring systems, and ensuring a smooth integration of hardware and software
Troubleshoot issues occurring with critical equipment such as radio frequency (RF) scanners, troubleshooting issues
Qualification
Required
College student seeking a degree in Information Technology or related field
Familiarity with Microsoft office programs
Feels comfortable providing Customer Service by interacting with people both on the phone and in person
Preferred
Prior knowledge/experience with AD/ticketing systems a plus
