The role involves assisting in the Governance arm of the Procurement Department with quality assurance and compliance activities to enhance contract data accuracy and reduce manual efforts.

Assist with weekly, monthly data compliance efforts
Assist with ad hoc projects
Qualification
Required
Must be able to focus and provide 100% accuracy
Excellent Excel skills and able to execute formulas on demand
Comfortable providing suggestions of improvements to existing processes based on experience
Able to work as part of a team; dependable, punctual and pleasant
Able to schedule workday to see tasks through to completion in a timely manner
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
