Experience and Brand Intern
Surf Air Mobility is transforming air mobility through innovative aviation solutions. They are seeking a motivated Experience and Brand Intern to support key initiatives focused on team member experience and internal brand engagement, while also driving projects from research to implementation.

Responsibilities
Own and drive key workstreams within Brand and Experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with Surf Air Mobility’s long-term organizational goals and guest-first philosophy
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to analyze and optimize touchpoints across the User, Customer, and Employee Experience journeys, identifying opportunities for systemic improvement
Lead the tactical execution of company-wide culture initiatives, managing the development and deployment of internal communications, assets, and environmental branding
Manage complex administrative projects and operational procedures related to guest experience, including the end-to-end coordination of airport lounge renovation workstreams and stakeholder follow-ups
Synthesize the company’s "Ground Rules" into actionable cultural moments, developing creative programs that embed our core values into the daily employee experience
Conduct competitive research on best practices in branding, internal communications, and travel in the electrification era to provide data-driven recommendations for experience enhancements
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's or PhD program in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field
A demonstrated ability to view projects through a holistic lens, understanding how Employee Experience (EX) and Internal Branding impact broader Customer Experience (CX) and business outcomes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging for diverse internal and external stakeholders
Proven experience managing multi-faceted projects from conception to completion, with a high degree of organizational rigor and attention to detail
Mastery of collaborative and creative platforms, including Google Workspace and project management software (e.g., Asana, Miro)
The ability to independently research industry benchmarks, synthesize findings, and provide data-backed recommendations for culture and brand enhancements
A proactive, self-starting mindset comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of a high-growth, innovative aviation technology environment
Preferred
Experience with visual design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable
