Commercial Analytics Manager
ForceBrands is seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager to help drive sales performance and profitable growth across international markets. This role involves analyzing market data, preparing performance assessments, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Analyze internal and external market data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities; deliver clear, actionable insights to leadership
Prepare detailed analysis of Nielsen and other third-party data to assess performance by SKU, region, channel, and salesperson versus prior year and budget
Produce monthly volume summaries and monitor unit activity against budget and competitive benchmarks
Build and maintain depletion, shipment, inventory, and forecast analyses by country in partnership with local teams
Review sales reports, financials, and P&L drivers to identify opportunities tied to pricing, margins, demand shifts, and brand performance
Evaluate pricing and SKU performance across own and competitive portfolios to inform recommendations and future opportunities
Develop regional scorecards and standardized reporting to track objectives, margins, and performance
Identify new product or SKU opportunities and support cross-functional leaders with data-driven insights
Manage and develop direct reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, or business development
3–5 years of people management experience
Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and DAX
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Fluent in English
