Project Administrator

Qualification
Required
Project management and coordination skills, including the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively
Strong administrative abilities, including maintaining documentation, record-keeping, and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, teams, and stakeholders
Proficiency in technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Sharepoint) and CRM software
Time management and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Preferred
Familiarity with Quickbooks helpful
Familiarity with environmental services or compliance-related processes is a plus
