Responsibilities
Lead design, testing, and launch of new pharmacy products
Manage product operations, including training, tech setup, and reporting
Drive cross‑functional alignment, timelines, and risk mitigation
Partner with legal, clinical, and compliance teams to ensure quality
Track KPIs and share insights with leadership
Assess patient outcomes with analytics teams
Use data to guide product improvements and iterations
Identify and prioritize key opportunities across the enterprise
Support communication and planning for major initiatives
Ensure effective project management and cross‑functional execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years in healthcare or retail strategy, innovation, or product development
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment
Knowledge of healthcare business models
Occasional travel (<10%)
Bachelor's degree required or Equivalent experience
Preferred
Consulting experience
Experience with payers or PBMs
Experience with pharmacy-related cross-functional projects
Familiarity with analytics tools and Agile processes
Experience with pilots or early-stage product development
