Responsibilities
Design and implement integrations across D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Apps
Build real-time and batch integrations for: Lead, Opportunity, Account & Contact synchronization, Case management workflows, Marketing campaign automation, segmentation, and journey-based event triggers, Interaction and activity data exchange
Develop APIs and connectors enabling seamless interoperability between CE and external systems such as portals, mobile apps, data platforms, CPQ systems, marketing platforms, and ERP applications
Utilize Dataverse APIs, OData endpoints, Custom Actions, Plugins, and Webhooks for CE module integrations
Implement push/pull integrations for Sales pipeline updates, Customer service ticketing and escalation workflows, Marketing form submissions, events, and campaign responses
Support integration with Dynamics 365 Marketing (Real-time marketing & outbound marketing), including event triggers and message orchestration
Design secured REST APIs using Azure API Management with proper governance, throttling, and authentication
Implement messaging-based integrations using Azure Service Bus queues/topics for asynchronous processing
Build event-driven integrations using Event Grid for CE event notifications and business workflows
Implement CVCD deployment pipelines for integration components using Azure DevOps (aligned with patterns from Dynamics implementation pipelines surfaced previously)
Set up monitoring, alerting, and telemetry via Application Insights and Log Analytics
Ensure comprehensive error handling, retry policies, and exception tracing within all integration flows
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Functions, Event Grid)
Hands-on experience integrating data flows across Dynamics 365 CE, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, customer engagement platforms, ERP systems, and external applications
Design and implement integrations across D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Apps
