Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
Niagara Partners, Inc is a Private Equity Firm seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO within their Family Office division. The role involves managing busy calendars, coordinating meetings, and providing executive and personal support while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Incumbent must have experience drafting memos and emails
Daily interaction with Clients, Executives, Household Staff and other Assistants
Maintain contact database
Handle special projects for family ownership
Handle confidential information and be accessible 24/7
Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills is a must
Qualification
Required
Prior experience reporting to C-Level Executives
Ability to provide 24/7 executive & personal support
Experience managing projects for the CEO and immediate family
Comfortable managing busy calendars
High level of interaction with company executives while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion
Experience coordinating meetings and conference calls
Ability to monitor email
Experience with domestic and international travel arrangements
Ability to maintain files
Experience creating PowerPoint presentations for internal and customer meetings
Perfect grammar
Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience drafting memos and emails
Daily interaction with Clients, Executives, Household Staff and other Assistants
Ability to maintain contact database
Ability to handle special projects for family ownership
Ability to handle confidential information and be accessible 24/7
Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills
