Required
Total Experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow development
Specialized Experience: 3+ years in SPM/PPM implementation and administration
Proven track record of leading development teams and managing stakeholder communication
Core Development: JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS
Integrations: REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, and Secure API Authentication
Deep expertise in SPM, PPM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and APM
Strong mastery of Portfolio, Project, Demand, and Resource Management
Manage full-cycle testing (Unit, Integration, and UAT)
Create architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and user guides
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (High Priority)
