Responsibilities
Define project and program scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics
Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent software and infrastructure projects, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and issues
Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and KPIs; implement corrective actions when needed
Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, operations) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution
Provide clear, concise status updates and risk assessments to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Establish and standardize program management processes, driving consistency and continuous improvement
Facilitate post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned and applying insights to future initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing complex software projects and programs
Strong understanding of the full SDLC, Agile and DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and modern software architecture
Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale software solutions and/or SaaS products
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, and similar platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for executive audiences
Highly self-motivated professional with a proven ability to drive results independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Project management certifications preferred (PMP, PgMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification)
