SPH Engineering is a global provider of Uncrewed Aerial Vehicle (UAV) software solutions and services. They are seeking a dedicated Drone Engineer to deliver technical support, conduct training sessions, and perform technology demonstrations for customers and partners.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance through various channels, including our service desk platform (Jira), email, and phone for both hardware and software solutions developed by SPH Engineering

Participate in conducting captivating and informative technology demos for both customers and partners

Conduct training sessions for customers

Participate in proofs of concepts and projects as a drone pilot and a payload operator

Qualification

Required

Customer service/Technical Support service: at least 1 year of continuous intensive experience

FAA Part 107 license

Background in Technical User Support, showcasing your ability to comprehend and resolve complex technical issues

You are an English native speaker with proficiency in Spanish for effective verbal and written communication

Familiarity with tools like the JIRA Service Desk system

Strong skills in Windows, MacOS, Android, and general electronics encompassing PCs, phones, tablets, drones, and more

Demonstrated problem-solving skills, determined to find practical solutions for user issues

Self-motivated, responsible, compassionate, and supportive personality traits

Preferred

A keen interest in uncrewed systems and robotics will be beneficial, either professionally or as a hobby
