Senior Program Management Specialist - KC-46 Support and Training
The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Program Management Specialist to join the KC-46 Pegasus Tanker Program located in Tukwila, WA. This role involves working across business units to support aircraft development programs and sustainment, partnering with multiple stakeholders to ensure the success of the KC-46 fleet for the United States Air Force and its global allies.

Responsibilities
Develops program architecture, organizational work structure, and top-level execution plans to meet the objectives of the organization and global KC-46 customers
Supports the program manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics. Establishes, tracks, and manages team performance to the KC-46 Support and Training on-time delivery metrics
Identifies key program-level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers. Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan
Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction and delivery of high-quality products and services on-time. Implements customer and program communication and contact plans
Utilizes knowledge of responsibilities and tasks performed by various departments/disciplines (e.g. Contracts, Estimating, Engineering, Finance Supplier Management) to optimize work-flow and identify/mitigate risks to proposal schedules
Integrates the implementation of the Boeing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
Performs work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
3+ years' experience managing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners)
Experience with the KC-46A Pegasus or other large, fixed wing aircraft
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Preferred
Experience with Government acquisition and proposal development processes
Experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM)
Experience with supplier management or supply chain management
