The role involves assisting in daily office needs, managing business communication, and supporting various teams within the company.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for all general office administration, acting as the first point of contact for all customer service and store queries
Managing business communication – answering calls and emails and ensuring accurate messages are relayed to the relevant individuals
Assisting the team to direct to the relevant department including external IT support
Managing the upkeep of the kitchen and communal areas
Processing stationery orders ensuring there are adequate stock levels at all times and budgets are adhered to
Take responsibility for Health and Safety. This will include conducting risk assessments, following up on actions, ensuring the office environment is risk free, booking and logging any required maintenance
Dispatching stationery, uniform and other requests from stores
Monitoring Web orders and ensuring orders processed by bakery team
Implementing and maintaining office procedures, ensuring necessary information is communicated to the team
Helping to plan and organise company events
Qualification
Required
Good organisational and time management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Be flexible and willing to work on your own and as part of a team
Excellent IT Skills and confident in using Microsoft Office Excel (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Ability to multi-task
Good attention to detail
Great team player
