Responsibilities
Review and analyze UX during early development phases and provide clear, actionable feedback
Communicate UX direction and feedback with internal teams and external partners
Collaborate with product design, research, engineering, QA, and marketing teams
Ensure UI and UX solutions meet consumer needs, technical specifications, and partner requirements
Track, manage, and resolve UX-related issues throughout the product lifecycle
Monitor project schedules, identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and keep stakeholders informed
Analyze competitive mobile UX and broader market trends
Conduct design research, propose new concepts, and develop mockups as needed
Facilitate and document usability studies, including findings and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Design portfolio required for consideration. Please include portfolio password if applicable
3+ years of relevant industry experience, or 1+ year with a Master's degree
Strong understanding of application architecture fundamentals, software design processes, and UX deliverables
Experience with mobile application design from research through final design artifacts
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Strong sense of ownership and comfort navigating ambiguity
Working knowledge of usability testing methodologies
Familiarity with design and communication tools (e.g., Adobe)
Preferred
Master's degree preferred in Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Usability Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, or related fields
