Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for calendar, scheduling, and time-management workflows across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
Translate complex AI-driven capabilities into intuitive, human-centered interaction patterns and conversational experiences
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to move from discovery through delivery
Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high craft quality across features
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience following a thorough, disciplined end-to-end product design process
2+ years of hands-on proficiency using Figma for interaction and visual design
1+ year of experience working with generative AI concepts and applying them within product experiences
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, from problem framing to polished execution
Experience designing for large-scale consumer or enterprise software products with established design systems
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and clearly articulate design rationale to cross-functional partners
Proven collaboration skills with engineering, product management, and research teams to ship high-quality user experiences
