Responsibilities
Design, configure, and optimize labels using Bartender, including automation and dynamic data
Develop and maintain VB/VBScript logic to support label functionality and system integrations
Manage the full label lifecycle from requirements through deployment and ongoing support
Troubleshoot labeling issues across MES, ERP/EBS, Robar, and printing systems
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and IT teams to align labeling processes
Support testing, validation, and change control activities in a GxP environment
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials
Provide production support, assist with system upgrades, and drive continuous process improvements
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Bartender label design, automation, and server components
Proficiency in Visual Basic / VBScript for label logic and integrations
Preferred
Experience supporting labeling or lab-related hardware and systems (e.g., printers, scanners, QC lab instruments)
Familiarity with Robar labeling software and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
Experience with labeling system standardization, migrations, or upgrades
Knowledge of validation documentation (URS, FRS, IQ/OQ/PQ) and MES integrations
Experience troubleshooting labeling solutions across MES, ERP, and printing systems
Background in biotech, pharma, or cell therapy within a GMP-regulated environment
Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business requirements into technical solutions
