Responsibilities
Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of TM1-based financial models for forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning
Prepare sophisticated financial analyses to evaluate performance, identify trends, and assess risks and opportunities
Analyze product costs, pricing, and gross margins, providing clear insights into profitability drivers
Ensure alignment and consistency across production, warehousing, and subsidiary-level forecasts for the assigned business, integrating operational and financial assumptions
Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic initiatives, investments, and growth planning
Support the CFO and other Company leadership by delivering clear, data-driven insights to inform decision-making
Provide thoughtful analysis and raise questions when financial impacts warrant deeper review or alternative approaches
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Software Services, Operations, Warehousing, Finance, and Accounting to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and align forecasts
Support M&A activities by providing financial modeling, due diligence analysis, and post-acquisition integration support as needed
Leverage Salesforce data to support revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting
Design and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations that provide timely, meaningful insights to leadership
Utilize NetSuite financial data to support reporting, analysis, and forecasting accuracy
Continuously improve financial processes, data integrity, and reporting automation to scale with company growth
Apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles to assist the Accounting Organization to insure GAAP compliance
Collaborate with Accounting and external auditors to support audits and financial reviews
Ensure analyses and forecasts are consistent with GAAP and internal financial policies
Qualification
Required
Expertise in enterprise performance tools, such as TM1
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (revenue and pipeline analytics) and Tableau (dashboarding and data visualization), or similar tools
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, pivot charts, complex formulas, and structured tables
Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting methodologies, and cost accounting
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
High level of professionalism and confidence working with senior management
Experience supporting or participating in mergers and acquisitions from a finance and accounting perspective
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles, preferably within small to mid-sized or high-growth organizations
Preferred
MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced certification is preferred
