Responsibilities

Develop and enhance PHY system and architectural models (SystemC preferred)
Implement and validate PHY firmware calibration, adaptation, and DDR training algorithms
Perform post-silicon bring-up, validation, and debug
Run system-level simulations and correlate results with silicon data
Develop scripts for data collection, automation, and analysis
Debug complex PHY, firmware, and silicon issues
Collaborate with cross-functional silicon, validation, and firmware teams

Required

Strong experience in firmware programming
Hands-on post-silicon validation and debug experience
System modeling experience (SystemC or equivalent)
Proficiency in C, SystemC, MATLAB, and Python
Experience with DDR PHY training algorithms
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred

PHY experience with DDR and/or SerDes
Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI)
Familiarity with SystemVerilog
