They are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support inbound shipments and bonded warehouse processes for the Latin America region, ensuring compliance and efficiency in logistics operations.

Responsibilities
Manage and track sales and transfer orders for Latin America from creation through completion
Maintain full accuracy of order documentation, quantities, inventories, and status updates across systems
Support CBP bonded warehouse processes, including withdrawals, inventory tracking, and customs entry summary follow-up
Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain audit-ready records
Work closely with internal teams to ensure shipments move efficiently and in compliance with bonded/FTZ requirements
Communicate with Latin American partners and stakeholders as needed (bilingual preferred)
Utilize SAP S4/HANA for order management and tracking
Maintain tracking, reporting, and reconciliation worksheets using advanced Excel skills
Qualification
Required
Direct experience with bonded and/or FTZ warehouse processes (must-have)
Familiarity with LAR region logistics and order flows
Knowledge of inbound ocean and air import processes
Strong attention to detail and an analytical, accuracy-focused approach
Proficiency in Excel (formulas, reconciliation, tracking)
Preferred
Experience with SAP S4/Hana preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
