The Sales Development Representative will lead initial conversations with potential Enterprise clients, focusing on prospecting strategies and relationship building to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Enterprise Account Executives to develop prospecting strategies
Multi-Channel Prospecting - Engage decision-makers through video, email, and LinkedIn outreach via compelling, standout messaging that resonates with eCommerce professionals
Tell data-driven stories that highlight Triple Whale’s unique value proposition
Leverage platform insights to identify and prioritize high-potential prospects
Continuously refine outreach strategies to maximize engagement and conversion
Foster trust and rapport through consultative conversations
Serve as a brand ambassador, educating and inspiring prospects about Triple Whale
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies for maximum impact

Required

2+ years success in Enterprise SaaS sales development required
Strong track record with email and video-based outreach
Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to build authentic connections
Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools like Apollo
Ability to manage multiple outreach threads and follow-ups effectively
You ask great questions and have strong active listening skills
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for learning and development

Preferred

Loom or Vidyard experience is a plus
