Responsibilities
Process and transmit bi-weekly payrolls; perform pre- and post-audit of payroll transmissions
Process pay-related changes in UKG, including new hires and terminations; review, set up, and respond to garnishments and other payroll-related inquiries
Serve as the first line of support for end-users on the UKG timekeeping system; respond to inquiries received through the payroll inbox
Create and run payroll reports as needed for internal business partners and external providers
Ensure data integrity and efficient processing of HR data
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1–2 years of multi-state payroll experience
Knowledge of full-cycle payroll processes
Knowledge of applicable payroll laws, regulations, and payroll principles
Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred
Previous experience processing manufacturing hourly payroll
Experience with UKG Dimensions HCM and UKG Pro WFM
FPC or CPP certification
Membership with the American Payroll Association
Bilingual in Spanish
