Responsibilities
Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies, coordinating with suppliers to resolve any issues
Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing packages of various sizes, ensuring proper documentation, packaging and labeling. Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipping schedules
Maintain an accurate inventory of RMA, Refurb, and Service Parts within the warehouse, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity
Accurately enter customer and product details into the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records for tracking and reporting purposes
Safely and efficiently transport packages and pallets using appropriate equipment throughout the warehouse
Work closely with Reverse Logistics and Repair Services leadership to improve warehouse processes and support service operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of related experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory management
Ability to safely operate a pallet jack, climb stairs or ladder and lift up to 75 pounds at a time
Reliable Transportation and availability to work a standard workweek (Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM), with occasional weekends and evenings required
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry and inventory management
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems, inventory management software, and Google Workspace
Preferred
An associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
