Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all day-to-day accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial management as the firm scales
Design, implement, and automate systems (QuickBooks, Paylocity, Salesforce integrations) to streamline high-volume processes and support scaling of office network
Own, review, and update SOPs and internal controls across finance, directly impacting audit-readiness, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency
Partner with firm leadership to forecast, budget, and support growth strategy (including new office launches and headcount expansion)
Manage and mentor a small finance team (currently one bookkeeper), fostering a collaborative, high-ownership culture

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proven end-to-end QuickBooks expertise—including setup, advanced reconciliation, and automation
Demonstrated ability to lead and optimize accounting/finance operations without existing playbooks; experience designing/implementing SOPs or automating manual processes
