Responsibilities

Oversee long-term direction of the plant maintenance department
Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain safety and cost efficiency
Lead project management efforts for new equipment and improvements on existing equipment
Lead process improvement initiatives within the production and warehouse departments
Responsible for two direct reports, Manufacturing Process Engineer, and Maintenance Manager
Drive equipment uptime improvements through concentrated efforts for maintenance efficiency
Management of project budgets and timelines
Other duties may be assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred but will consider relative work experience
5+ years manufacturing engineering experience
2+ years in a leadership/management role
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Strong commitment to food safety
Steady level of attention to detail and commitment to follow through assignments
Experience with Microsoft Office suite; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
