Client Development Manager
Auxis is a company focused on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and they are seeking a Client Development Manager to drive growth across their BPO portfolio. The role involves supporting sales pursuits, nurturing deals, and participating in growth campaigns while collaborating with various teams to enhance client relationships and market presence.
Responsibilities
Execute qualification calls to understand client needs and determine opportunity fit. Clearly articulate capabilities and value proposition as an ideal BPO partner
Conduct research and strategic analysis on prospective clients to prepare customized meeting materials and executive presentations
Support the creation of pricing models, business cases, proposals, and commercial strategies
Draft Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and scope definitions
Manage meeting logistics, follow-ups, and CRM updates throughout the sales cycle
Assist in reconnecting with prospects that have paused or gone inactive (“prospect reactivation”)
Nurture deals through the sales process through consistent and relevant follow-ups
Manage the CRM process for all deals involved
Manage the new account setup process for all deals involved
Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Finance Transformation, BPO (Finance, HR, Customer Care, etc.), Technology, and Consulting service lines
Sharing the latest thought leadership, upcoming webinars, and conferences
Maintaining accurate CRM documentation for contacts, activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
Becoming knowledgeable in BPO trends and emerging technologies
Sharing insights and thought leadership with clients and prospects to reinforce trusted-advisor positioning
Staying active on LinkedIn by posting company content, expanding network, and engaging with target audiences
Participating in industry conferences, networking events, and webinars to build visibility and connections
Help qualify and nurture inbound website conversions and digital leads
Support and propose content that resonates with finance and business leaders (blogs, guides, whitepapers, case studies, webinars)
Assist in targeted outreach campaigns to ideal client profiles and key sectors (including Private Equity)
Support webinar and conference promotion, as well as pre-, during-, and post-event lead nurturing activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or a related discipline
4–7+ years of experience in advisory consulting, delivering client solutions in upper midmarket and enterprise accounts
Experience engaging CFOs, Finance Directors, VPs, and C-level stakeholders, building rapport and trusted relationships
Experience developing solution narratives aligned to delivery execution, with strong attention to detail
Experience supporting commercial activities, including client proposals, presentations, and LOEs
Strong understanding of Finance Operations (e.g., AP, AR, GL Accounting)
Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Commercial mindset and interest in growth-oriented roles
Self-driven professional eager to learn new skills and services
Preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Understanding of Shared Services, BPO models, and/or digital transformation
Experience leveraging AI for note capture, data analysis, or business problem-solving
Experience in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail & CPG, Manufacturing, or Hospitality
Formal sales training in B2B services (e.g., Solution Selling, Sandler)
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, given LATAM operations
